Without a Whipped Cream Canister
Most importantly, place the ingredients into a pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Once, the ingredients have combined remove from heat. Allow to cool. Pour the ingredients into a bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Place into the fridge overnight. Whisk the cream together. It will form soft peaks. If you prefer a stiffer peak place the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and whisk and use.

- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tbsp maple sugar
- 3 tsp instant coffee granules

First and foremost, place the ingredients into a pan over medium heat on the stove. Second, bring to a simmer and stir until all the ingredients have been combined. Third, remove from heat and allow to cool. Finally, pour through a sieve into a whipped cream canister. Place two cartridges into the charger and charge. Next, follow the manufactures directions for your Whipped Cream Canister. Spray the whipped topping out or spray it into a frosting bag to decorate a cake. Top pancakes or waffles with. Store the canister in the fridge for up to two weeks.
