Ingredients

  • 8 oz Stevia Dark, Milk Chocolate, Or Semi-Sweet
  • 2 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 8 oz. macadamia roasted and unsalted
  • 1-2 pinches of sea salt

Instructions

  • First, place the chocolate, coconut oil, and pinch of salt in a small bowl and microwave in intervals of 30 seconds.
    8 oz Stevia, 2 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1-2 pinches of sea salt
  • Second, remove and stir.
  • Continue until the chocolate is melted.
  • Stirring after each interval.
  • Micorwave took 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • Next, place three macadamia nuts in a silicon candy mold.
    8 oz. macadamia
  • Pour an even amount of melted chocolate over the nuts.
  • Place into the fridge to solidify.
  • Makes 24 pieces.
