First, place the chocolate, coconut oil, and pinch of salt in a small bowl and microwave in intervals of 30 seconds.
8 oz Stevia, 2 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1-2 pinches of sea salt
Second, remove and stir.
Continue until the chocolate is melted.
Stirring after each interval.
Micorwave took 1 minute 30 seconds.
Next, place three macadamia nuts in a silicon candy mold.
8 oz. macadamia
Pour an even amount of melted chocolate over the nuts.
Place into the fridge to solidify.
Makes 24 pieces.
