Coconut Whipped Cream Recipe

Coconut Milk Whipped Cream Recipe using a whipped cream whipper and charger. Luscious it can be used for frosting cakes, pies, and desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 can full-fat Thai Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp melted and cooled coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 tsp powdered vanilla monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  • First, allow the coconut oil to cool slightly.
    1 tbsp melted and cooled coconut oil
  • Next, pour all the remaining ingredients into a Whipped Cream Whipper.
    1 can full-fat Thai Coconut Milk, 1 tsp pure vanilla , 1 tsp powdered vanilla monk fruit sweetener
  • Screw the top of the canister on tightly.
  • Be sure to follow the manufacturer's directions for the Style of Whipped Cream Dispenser you have.
  • Next, screw a charger into the dispenser.
  • A slight hiss will be heard as the CO2 is released into the canister.
  • The canister will feel slightly colder.
  • Next screw in the frosting tip of your choice.
  • Lastly, shake the canister hard 10-15 times.
  • Place frosting tip on the whipped cream container and while holding upside down spray out the coconut whipped cream.
  • If it is not thick enough shake canister hard again.

Most Importantly:

  • Always hold the whipper upside down before using.
