Ingredients

  • 8 oz. room temperature softened cream cheese or almond cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 3-4 drops of cinnamon bark essential oil

Instructions

  • First, add cream cheese and butter to a bowl and mix until creamy.
