Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp Za'atar
  • 2 tsp freshly chopped mint
  • 2 tsp freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp coconut water
  • 6 tbsp harissa

Instructions

  • First, in a bowl combine coconut milk, pink salt, za’atar, fresh mint, fresh cilantro, fresh parsley, coconut water, and harrisa. 
    1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 tsp pink salt, 1 tsp Za'atar, 2 tsp freshly chopped mint, 2 tsp freshly chopped cilantro, 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley, 4 tbsp coconut water, 6 tbsp harissa
  • Second, stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Lastly, serve with a tablespoon or two over Gluten-Free Moroccan Kefta Meatballs.
