Goes extremely well with Gluten-Free Moroccan Kefta. As a result, of creating the Kefta recipe it forced me to come up with a new dipping sauce. I have Harissa in my fridge and wanted to use it as I really dislike having waste. What is Harissa? It is a hot red chili pepper paste. At any rate, it in various heats. Needless to say, I am a wimp when it comes to spicy food. I, therefore, purchase mild Harissa. All in all, the flavor and spice is one you will want to have in your pantry as well.
Harissa Dipping Sauce is slightly spicy and yet cooling. In short, the combination of spices, fresh herbs, garlic, and the cooling of the unsweetened canned coconut milk is delightful.
