Dairy-Free Lime Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk thick part only
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered vanilla monk fruit sweetener see recipe on my blog
  • 8 tbsp water from the canned coconut milk
  • 1/8 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • First, begin by stirring the coconut milk and lime juice together.
    1/2 cup canned coconut milk , 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Secondly, add vanilla monk fruit sweetener, coconut water, lime zest, and vanilla.
    1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp powdered vanilla monk fruit sweetener, 8 tbsp water from the canned coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla
  • Once all the ingredients are combined refrigerate and use as sour cream or as citrus whipped cream.
  • Decorate with lime zest.
    1/8 tsp lime zest
