Instructions
First, begin by stirring the coconut milk and lime juice together.
1/2 cup canned coconut milk , 1 tbsp lime juice
Secondly, add vanilla monk fruit sweetener, coconut water, lime zest, and vanilla.
1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp powdered vanilla monk fruit sweetener, 8 tbsp water from the canned coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla
Once all the ingredients are combined refrigerate and use as sour cream or as citrus whipped cream.
Decorate with lime zest.
