Add avocado oil to a frying pan.
3 tbsp avocado oil
Fry onions until translucent.
3/4 cup chopped onions
Add shrimp and taco seasoning and fry up for about 2 minutes.
20-30 count shrimp , 2 tbsp DIY Homemade Taco Seasoning Turn shrimp over and fry another two minutes.
Remove pan from heat.
Place a tortilla in a frying pan with a small amount of (1 1/8 teaspoon) avocado oil.
Once one side is warmed flip the tortilla and add a small amount of shredded cheese to the top of the tortilla.
Add a small amount of shrimp and vegetables to the tortilla.
1 cup chopped lettuce of your choice, 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 cup sliced radishes, 1 sliced lime
Fold tortilla in half and add to a serving plate.
Then repeat by heating up one side of a tortilla.
Repeat until all shrimp and vegetables are used up.
