Consequently, I know I have talked about encouragement from friends. But, I would not still be on this journey if it was not for the encouragement from some of my favorite people on the planet. In all honesty, I am talking about my husband and my wonderful children. In either case, they are the first critics of every dish and let me know their honest opinions. Either way, it is wonderful to be able to feed my family and know that not only can I help and improve my health but I can feed my family tasty meals that they actually request or even crave. Thanks for all the encouragement and love!!
Easy Keto Shrimp Tacos
My family loves my tacos. Normally I make chicken tacos. But now I have a blog and a responsibility to write new and exciting recipes. I wanted to make a new taco therefore, I decided to use shrimp. Yep, that’s what I did. I love these tacos and the grain-free tortillas from Siete. This is my own personal opinion and I have not received any remuneration for that opinion. Or you could order Siete chips off of Amazon. Needless to say, this filling can be used to top lettuce wraps or gluten-free tortillas. Either way, this filling is going to make your taste buds sing.
See my recipe for Taco Seasoning. I make my own as many blends have ingredients that I can’t have.
