Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk or more enough to cover the meat to remove gamey flavor
  • 1 3 lb Elk Tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • First, marinate the tenderloin and place all the ingredients into a gallon-sized plastic bag.
  • Second, seal the bag and refrigerate for six hours or more.
  • Next, remove the tenderloin and cook.
