Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 tbsp dried tamarind powder
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp homemade horseradish
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar or Yacon syrup

Instructions

  • First, combine boiling water and dried tamarind and stir until combined. 
    3 tbsp boiling water, 1 tbsp dried tamarind powder
  • Secondly, add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. 
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp champagne vinegar, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp anchovy paste, 1/4 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp homemade horseradish, 1 tsp coconut aminos, 1 tsp garlic coconut aminos, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced onion, 1/4 tsp tomato paste, 1/2 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp coconut nectar or Yacon syrup
  • Store in a sterilized glass container with a tight-fitting lid in the fridge. Use like you would Worcestershire sauce. Stores well for 1 month in the refrigerator.
