First and foremost, fry the bacon until crispy.

Second, add the onions to the bacon grease and fry until translucent.
Thirdly, cut up the asparagus and shred the cheese.

Chop the bacon or break it up into small bits.
Add the asparagus, onions, cheese, and bacon to the bottom of the pan.

Next, combine the half and half with the beaten eggs, Dijon mustard, Deli Mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a measuring cup.
1/2 cup half and half, 1 tsp Dijon Mustard, 5 whole eggs, 1 tsp Deli Mustard With Brown Seeds, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/8 - 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Blend ingredients together.
Lastly, pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and cheese mixture.
Place on a sheet pan with edges and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Quiche is done when nice and golden brown.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
