  • Preheat oven to 425. First, place a baking racking on top of a baking pan or baking stone.

  • Second, in a bowl combine almond flour, Za’atar seasoning, pink salt, black pepper, powdered chicken broth, granulated garlic, smoked paprika, and stir until combined
  • Additionally, whisk egg whites together. 
  • Thirdly, pour egg whites on to a plate. 
  • Next, on a separate plate pour about 1/2 the almond flour mixture on a plate. 
  • Finally, cut the chicken into thin pieces
  • First, dip chicken pieces into the egg whites. 
  • Next, dip the chicken pieces into the almond flour mixture. 
  • Place a baking rack into the oven and bake 20-10 minutes until browned and crispy.
  • Lastly, place dipped chicken fingers on top of the baking rack. Place a baking rack into the oven and bake 20-10 minutes until browned and crispy.
