Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Fingers these fingers are so incredibly crispy, and crunchy with a flavorful gluten-free crust. My kids have already requested these chicken fingers again. Everyone loves chicken fingers whether you are old or young.
Unbelievably this recipe is also low in calories and low in carbohydrates. As a matter of fact, the Za’atar spice makes this dish. As a matter of fact, these fingers taste better than any fast food restaurant. Now, when those fast-food commercials come on I no longer crave them because I know I can make better tasting ones that are also healthier.
In any case, these Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Fingers are a tasty treat that you don’t have to feel guilty about eating.
Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Fingers. Notes:
Do you ever have days that you are craving fast food? Well, I have them every once in a while myself. Besides being grain-free these fingers are also healthy, as well as low in calories. I wanted a low carb tasty chicken where I wouldn’t feel guilty eating it. These tasty morsels are a family favorite. In fact, it makes me feel like I am cheating even when I am not.
I use a Mideastern, spice called Za’atar. It is so flavorful and tasty. If you can’t find Za’atar Spice in your local supermarket Amazon has it as well as Almond Flour. I use Lano Life Chicken Broth powder in this recipe as well to bump up the chicken flavor.
