Stir until combined.
Next, combine the wet ingredients: the melted coconut oil and beaten egg to the almond milk mixture and stir to combine.

Next, add the wet to the dry and stir until just combined.
Don't worry about lumps.
Allow the batter to sit for thirty minutes.
Finally, fold in the blueberries.
2/3 + cup of Blueberries plus more berries to decorate
Next, add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter to the waffle iron.
Lastly, spray or brush the waffle iron with coconut oil.
Cook according to your waffle iron directions.
Typically 4 -6 minutes per waffle cook until golden brown.
Dust with powdered Vanilla monk fruit sweetener and blueberry sauce or maple syrup.
