First, preheat oven to 475.
Second, combine cassava flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Third, using a pastry knife cut in coconut oil or butter.

Once it resembles fine sand add shredded cheese.
1 1/2 cup shredded Dubliner, 1 cup shredded cheddar
Mix cheese into the flour so that the cheese gets coated with the cassava flour.
Finally add milk.

It will still be slightly crumbly but will stick together.
Next scoop up a tablespoon or so and drop onto a greased cookie sheet or baking stone.
Then press the biscuits slightly down.
Bake 10 -20 minutes
In a small bowl melt 2 tablespoons of butter and whisk in 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic and 1/8 teaspoon onion powder and a pinch of smoked paprika.
Lastly, brush on top of each biscuit fresh out of the oven.
