First, add oil and place the chicken fryer pan on medium heat. Second dice chicken into small bite-size pieces.

Once the pan is hot add onions, bell peppers, chicken, and garlic.

Let cook for a few minutes.
Next, add the taco seasoning and salt.

Once the chicken is cooked from the heat.
Finally, add a small amount of oil and add a tortilla to the pan.
24 large gluten-free tortilla or gluten-free corn tortillas
Once the bottom is heated through flip the tortilla over with a spatula.
Add a small amount of shredded cheese and about 2 tablespoons of the cooked chicken mixture.
1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Lastly, fold the tortilla in half and place it on a plate.
Continue with another tortilla and cheese until all the meat is gone.
Makes approximately 24 tacos depending on the amount of meat placed inside each tortilla.
Allow each person to add lettuce and tomato to each taco.
