Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Next, simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in sour cream and heavy whipping cream.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 cup sour cream
Remove from the heat.
Lastly, serve over buttered gluten-free pasta or cauliflower rice.
