First, combine the breading into a quart-size plastic bag.
1 cup cassava flour, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 3 tbsp coconut sugar
Second, seal and shake the bag until the ingredients are combined.
Third, pour the ingredients from the bag onto a plate.
Add the dairy-free milk and lemon juice together (to create buttermilk) and wait 10 minutes.
2/3 cup dairy-free milk , 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Next, beat the egg.
1 whole egg
Add the beaten egg to the buttermilk and add to a plate.
Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then dip into the breading.
Once, breaded place the chicken onto a sheet pan with a rack over it.
Finally, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
1/2 cup of avocado oil
Add the breaded chicken to the pan and cook 3-5 minutes per side.
Remove to a rack.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Lastly, slather a gluten-free bun with Chick-fil-A sauce and top with chicken one slice of lettuce, and pickles.
4 whole gluten-free hamburger buns or store-bought, 4 leaves of lettuce, 8 whole dill pickle slices, 1/4 cup of my Chick-fil-A Sauce
