Gluten-Free Everything Bagel Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp avocado oil
  • 5 tsp water

Instructions

  • First and foremost, preheat the oven to 375.
  • Second, thoroughly combine the cassava flour, sweetener Everything Seasoning, and baking powder.

  • Third, stir in the avocado oil until small pea-size clumps appear.

  • Fourth, add the water. 
    5 tsp water
  • Knead the dough until it comes together in a ball.
  • Finally, lay down a sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Put set the dough down on the plastic.
  • Next, top the dough with another sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Roll the dough out to 1/4 of an inch.
  • Cut out the crackers with a knife or a plunger fondant cutter 1.9 cm/0.75in.
  • Place the crackers onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Gather the remaining dough and roll it out the dough and cut out crackers.
  • Continue until all the dough is used.
  • Bake the crackers for 15 minutes.
  • The edges of the crackers will be lightly browned.
  • Turn the oven off.
  • Leave the oven door slightly ajar by placing a wooden spoon in between the oven and the door.
  • Lastly, leave crackers for 30 minutes.
  • Crackers will become crunchy.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool. k
  • Allow to cool.

Storage

  • Place into a sterilized pint jar with a lid.
  • Makes approximately small 80 crackers. The number of crackers will depend upon the cookie cutter used.
