Gluten-Free Everything Bagel Crackers are a great little snack for in-between meals. These tasty crackers can be used as a crouton in salads or soups. Indeed, they are perfect for snacking. Incidentally, these crackers could be cut bigger and used with dips, cheese, and meats. However, sometimes it is nice to have a small cracker in your soup. Perfect to pack down for school lunches or afternoon snacks. Indeed, they are quick and easy to make. Of course, if you are looking for water crackers just omit the Everything bagel seasoning and add a 1/8 tsp salt. Simply cut them any size you want. Larger crackers will complete any charcuterie board.A small pint canning jar with Gluten-Free Everything Bagel crackers inside and a few surrounding the jar. In particular, I adore crackers as a snack. Big ones and tiny ones. Small ones like the little fish, rabbits, or oyster crackers. Not to mention, the small ones can serve as an added extra element to a trail mix. Thereby creating a crunchy, salty, and garlic herb flavor to boot. They are a delicious crunchy addition to chili, soups, or even salads.

Consequently, everything bagel seasoning has sea salt, white and black sesame seeds, poppyseed, minced roasted garlic, and minced onion. This flavorful seasoning adds more than flavor to the crackers. Last but not least, homemade is always best. Furthermore, there are no hidden ingredients.

Read Cassava Flour Information to learn more about this ingredient. In conclusion, each serving is about 10 small crackers. Find Everything Bagel Seasoning at Amazon. Try these crackers in my Gluten-Free Cracker Trail Mix.

Gluten-Free Everything Bagel Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of cassava flour
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp + 2 tsp water

Directions:

First and foremost, preheat the oven to 375. Second, thoroughly combine the cassava flour, sweetener, Everything Seasoning, and baking powder. Third, stir in the avocado oil until small pea-size clumps appear. Fourth, add the water.  Knead the dough until it comes together in a ball. Finally, lay down a sheet of plastic wrap. Put set the dough down on the plastic. Next, top the dough with another sheet of plastic wrap. Roll the dough out to 1/4 of an inch.

Cut out the crackers with a knife or a plunger fondant cutter 1.9 cm/0.75in. Place the crackers onto a greased cookie sheet. Gather the remaining dough and roll it out the dough and cut out crackers. Continue until all the dough is used. Bake the crackers for 15 minutes. The edges of the crackers will be lightly browned. Turn the oven off. Leave the oven door slightly ajar by placing a wooden spoon in between the oven and the door. Lastly, leave crackers for 30 minutes. Crackers will become crunchy. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Allow to cool. To store: place into a sterilized pint jar with a lid. Makes approximately small 80 crackers. The number of crackers will depend upon the cookie cutter used.A small pint canning jar with Gluten-Free Everything Bagel crackers inside and a few surrounding the jar.
