Ingredients

  • 3 cups Tigernut Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • *1/4 tsp nutmeg optional
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup maple sugar
  • 9 tbsp almond milk or other nut milk

Instructions

  • First, preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Second, prep a baking pan with a piece of parchment.
  • Third, combine tigernut flour, cinnamon, soda, powder, and salt.

  • Next, combine maple sugar, avocado oil, and nut milk.
  • Stir in the dry ingredients. 
  • The dough should be sticky and soft.
  • Divide into two discs.
  • Pat and roll the dough into 2 1/4 x 4 3/4 inch rectangles or squares
  • Dock the rectangles or squares with chopsticks.
  • Use a small rubber band to connect the chopsticks.
  • Finally, dock each square.
  • Add the graham crackers to the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Lastly, bake for 10 -12 minutes.
  • Makes approximately 36 squares.
