Preheat oven to 350 F.
Oil a baking sheet or baking stone.
First, shred the cucumbers and place inside a clean tea towel and squeeze out any excess liquid and set aside.

Secondly, open a can of coconut milk and remove only 1/2 cup of the thick coconut milk and place it into a small bowl.

Thirdly, combine drained shredded cucumbers, coconut milk, lemon juice, rosemary wine salt, minced garlic, dried minced onion, minced dill weed, and powdered beef bone broth until thoroughly combined.

Finally, fry up the diced onions until caramelized remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
1 cup caramelized onions
Once, cooled add coconut milk mixture and caramelized onions to ground turkey until thoroughly combined.
1 lb ground turkey
Next roll into meatballs.
Place rolled meatballs onto an oiled baking sheet or baking stone.
Spray the turkey meatballs and place into the oven
Lastly, bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until cooked through and brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
