First, preheat the oven to 375 F.
Second, oil a baking sheet or baking stone.
Third, with a hand mixer, in a large bowl, cream the cream cheese scraping down the sides until it is smooth.
3 oz cream cheese
Fourth, cream the butter and cream cheese together.
4 oz butter at room temperature
Fifth, in a separate bowl, combine the cassava flour, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, baking soda, and parmesan cheese and stir.
1 + 4 cup + tbsp Cassava Flour, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Finally, add 1/4 of the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
3 + 1 tbsp + tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add another 1/4 of the flour mixture and blend.
Continue adding the rest of the mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
Using your hands squish the batter together into a ball.
Allow the dough to sit for 30 minutes before rolling it out.
*If the batter is too crumbly add a tsp of water at a time until it stays together.
