First, preheat the oven to 425 F.
1 6 inch pizza crust
Second, spread a thin layer of white pizza sauce over the top of the pizza crust.
1/8 cup Gluten-Free Garlic Pizza Sauce
Third, top with the cheeses.
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, 5 slices of shaved Dubliner Cheese or Parmesan
Finally, add pieces of ham and lemon slices to the pizza.
1 slice of deli ham, 4 slices thinly slices of lemon
Next, add the red onions and rosemary leaves.
8 whole leaves of Rosemary, 1 oz sliced red onions
Lastly, top with the cilantro leaves.
5 whole ripped leaves of cilantro
Place the pizza on a baking stone and bake for 5- 8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Cut and serve alone or with a salad.
