Gluten-Free Individual Lemon Pizza is tasty and unique and flavorful. Add lemons to the top of the pizza creates a well-balanced pie. Indeed the citrus adds a slight tang and tartness much like a balsamic glaze would. Incidentally, the fresh lemon sweetens as it cooks and adds a ton of flavor. Thin slices of lemon add a burst of freshness and a pop of color. Lemon may not be a traditional pizza topping but it should become a new favorite. I highly suggest you try it. Just in time for Pizza Friday, this Lemon Pizza comes in to save the day.
Gluten-Free Individual Lemon Pizza
First and foremost, begin by making the Pizza crust. Of course, any pizza crust may be used. However, I highly suggest Cauliflower Cassava Pizza Crust, Cauliflower Almond Pizza Crust, or Family Size Pizza Crust. Just think of these crusts as small, medium, and large pizza crusts. Needless to say, if creating a large Pizza simply quadruple the recipe below or double it for the medium size pizza.
You are probably thinking, Lemons. Yep, Lemons. Needless to say, I hope you will at least give it a try. It does seem to be all the rage. Most importantly, wash the lemon before slicing it. Last but not least make sure to seed the slices before adding them to your pizza. Consequently, you could also use slices of grilled lemons. As a matter of fact, it is easy to grill a lemon. Simply brush the bottom of the lemon with a little oil. Place the lemon down on the grill and grill for two to three minutes. Moreover, once grilled it doesn’t have to be used right away. Additionally, grilled lemon becomes even sweeter.
