Ingredients

  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 1 1/2 cup " class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-link" target="_blank">almond flour
  • 3 tsp Homemade Italian seasonings or store-bought find the recipe on my blog
  • 1 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 2/4 cup Dubliner cheese or vegan or cheese of choice
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 whole beaten egg
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil

Optional Topping Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Garlicky Onion Seasoning find the ecipe on my blog

*Be sure to reserve 2 tbsp of cheese and 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning to top with

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Second combine cassava flour, almond flour, 2 tsp Italian Seasonings, pink salt, cheese of choice (reserve 2 tbsp of cheese to sprinkle on top later), garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder, and stir until combined.
    1 cup cassava flour, 1 1/2 cup almond flour, 3 tsp Homemade Italian seasonings or store-bought, 1 1/2 tsp pink salt, 2/4 cup Dubliner cheese or vegan , 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp onion powder
  • Next, pour in water and oil.
    1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup oil
  • Finally, add in the beaten egg.
    1 whole beaten egg
  • The dough will be sticky work dough until it is a ball.
  • Knead the dough for one to two minutes.
  • Next, roll it out into a long rectangle.
  • Cut off the edges.
  • Place strips onto a baking stone or cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and Italian Seasoning and Garlicky Onion Seasoning.
    1/2 tsp Garlicky Onion Seasoning
  • Lastly, place it into the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Makes approximately 20 breadsticks depending on the size cut.
