Gluten-Free Italian Garlic Breadsticks go together with so many dishes. While most people pair it with Italian dishes it is also yummy with soup or even just a salad. As the garlic aroma permeates the kitchen your mouth will water from anticipation. Quick, easy, and made from scratch. These breadsticks are in between a pretzel and a breadstick. Nevertheless, there are few things in life that are as satisfying as a warm, buttery, breadstick. They are a gluten-free ultimate treat. Consequently, this is a no yeast no-knead recipe thereby making them quick and easy to make.Breadsticks on a baking stone.

Gluten-Free Italian Garlic Breadsticks:

In fact, since going gluten-free I miss bread the most. Indeed, I try to stay away from too many carbs. However, every once in a while I indulge just a little. These breadsticks are such a tantalizing indulgence. Needless to say, my family has already requested I make them again. Not to mention, it pairs nicely with my Gluten-Free Moroccan Spaghetti and knock dinner out of the ballpark. Or enjoy it with one of my pizza and wings recipes (homemade of course).

Consequently, it takes about the same amount of time to make pie dough as it does these breadsticks. Not to mention, even family and friends that are gluten-free will enjoy these.

Read Cassava Flour Information to better understand this ingredient. I have found Cassava Flour at Costco and Amazon.

Personal Note:

I haven’t checked in with my readers in a while and was wondering how everyone is doing? Life seems to be getting closer to what I think of as normal. Indeed, I hope and pray that we can all travel the globe again real soon. I am looking forward to being able to hug my friends and spend time with them. In fact, they are some of the things I took for granted before.  I hope things in your piece of the world are looking up again as well.
