First, whisk together the coconut milk and nut milk.
3/4 cup canned coconut milk or heavy cream, 1/2 cup nut milk or milk
Second, slice the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the caviar.

Next, beat the eggs.
2 whole egg yolks
Finally, whisk the egg and the milk together.
Add in the vanilla caviar, maple sugar, cocoa, instant espresso, tapioca, and salt.
2 tbsp maple sugar, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, 1/2 tsp instant espresso, 3 tbsp tapioca, 1 pinch of salt
Whisk the ingredients into the milk mixture.
Pour this mixture into a double-boiler.
Turn stove on to medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens 10 - 15 minutes.
Lastly, remember that the mixture will continue to thicken even once it has been removed.
Cook until desire consistency.
Finally, allow it to cool slightly,
Place into a bowl and place plastic wrap directly onto the mixture.
The plastic needs to be touching the mixture so that it does not form a skin.
Can be used warm or allowed to cool.
Use to drizzle of pancakes, waffles, crepes, ice cream, etc
