Gluten-Free Mocha Sauce luxurious sauce for waffles, pancakes, crepes, and ice cream just to name a few. It is a decadent and creamy sauce that will have you licking your plate to lick up every last little drop. Indeed, two of my favorite things in the world are coffee and chocolate. A wonderful start to any day when placed on top of pancakes. Especially, great with Gluten-Free Chocolate Dutch Pancakes.
Gluten-Free Mocha Sauce:
Needless to say, I covered a Chocolate Dutch Pancake with Vanilla Sauce and Mocha Sauce. In any case, I crisscrossed the sauces. It made me think of a tic-tac-toe board. Indeed, it would be fun to play tic-tac-toe with your pancake. Hence, the first to wins would get the first slice. Use more sauce to create x’s and o’s. In fact, serving it this way is a game-changer. A different and unique way to enjoy your breakfast. If you have kids they will get a kick out of it.
Nevertheless, I think I am funny. Of course, my children don’t think I am funny. Amazon carries canned Coconut milk as well. Consequently, you will make pancakes and waffles just so you can have more of this delectable sauce.

Cook until desire consistency. Finally, allow it to cool slightly, Place into a bowl and place plastic wrap directly onto the mixture.
The plastic needs to be touching the mixture so that it does not form a skin. Can be used warm or allowed to cool. Use to drizzle of pancakes, waffles, crepes, ice cream, etc.
