First, preheat oven to 425 F. Second, heat the milk up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
1/2 cup almond milk
Remove milk and add Chamomile loose-leaf tea and allow to steep.
2 tbsp Chamomile loose-leaf tea
Next, combine cassava flour, almond flour, and baking powder.
1 1/4 cup Cassava flour, 1 cup almond flour, 3 tsp baking powder
Finally, combine the Chamomile mixture, flaxseed meal, and boiling water and set aside.
1 tbsp flax meal , 3 tbsp boiling water
Next, using a pastry knife cut in coconut oil into the flour mixture.
1/4 cup coconut oil
Additionally, stir in the marmalade into the Chamomile mixture.
1/2 cup orange marmalade
Lastly, combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture.
Roll the dough together into a ball.
Place the dough onto an oiled baking stone.
Cut sconed into 10 pieces.
Place onto a baking stone into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
