1 lb ground turkey, 3 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp chili sesame oil or sesame oil, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/3 cup liquid chicken bone broth, 1 1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener, 1 tsp freshly ground ginger, 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp pink salt, 1 /2 cups chopped leeks , 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 4 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tbsp coconut aminos teriyaki sauce, 2 tsp chili sesame oil or sesame oil, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Blend the ingredients until thoroughly incorporated together.
Form into small meatball shapes or use a cookie scoop.
Place rolled meatballs onto the stoneware or baking pan.
Make sure to leave space in between the meatballs.
Once all the meat is rolled out place the pan in the oven.
Bake 20-30 minutes.
When meatballs are cooked remove from oven and serve with a little dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl pour all the ingredients into and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
