First, preheat your outdoor smoker grill or other grills.
Once the grill is hot cook sausage up in a skillet.

Next, remove sausages and cut into bite-size piece.
Return the cut sausages to the skillet over the grill.
Add maple syrup and cook one minute, stirring to coat the sausage.

Next, spray a 13x9x2 inch dish with cooking spray (do this away from the grill).
Finally, place the shredded potatoes or hashbrowns in the bottom of a casserole dish and top with maple sausage.
6 cups shredded potatoes or hash browns
Next, mix eggs milk, bbq sauce, salt, pepper, and sour cream and blend well together.
6 whole eggs, 1 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 tbsp Black Cherry BBQ Sauce Pour the milk mixture over the potatoes.
Lastly, top with green onions and bell peppers.
2 whole baby bell peppers , 1 whole green onion both white and green parts, 4 oz. cheese of choice
Place onto the grill over a piece of tin foil.
Cook on high for 30 - 45 minutes.
Place cheese on top of the casserole during the last minute or two of cooking.
