Black Cherry BBQ Sauce has a nice sweet, tangy, smoky flavor that is perfect for beef, chicken, pork, or even seafood. Consequently, if you are looking for a finger-licking refined sugar-free bbq sauce this is the recipe for you. So rich, so thick, and perfect for summertime or anytime you bbq. Unquestionably, delicious with a fruity flavor perfect for pulled pork or burgers. A complex full-bodied sauce ready for the smoker or the grill. Indeed, this sauce will have your hungry hordes raving about it. A picture of Black Cherry BBQ Sauce in a gravy boat and a quart size jar

Regarding, most BBQ sauces have molasses syrup. However, molasses is refined sugar and, therefore, I can’t use it. However, I really wanted BBQ ribs. Moreover, I needed to make a BBQ sauce so that we could have bbq grilled ribs. Consequently, I used Black Cherry Zevia because it uses stevia as a sweetener. At any rate, Dr. Zevia or another brand of soda could also be used. Since this BBq sauce is thick if you like it a little thinner just add water. Needless to say, keep in my Zevia has no refined sugar. By the way, use it with the Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce recipe. In fact, it is also delicious as a pizza sauce.

Use as a pizza sauce with Cauliflower Almond Pizza Crust Cauliflower Cassava Pizza Crust, Family Pizza Crust, Gluten-Free Fresh Veggie Pizza, and Gluten-Free Moroccan Chicken Pizza. All of these recipes are gluten-free and refined sugar-free.

Black Cherry BBQ Notes:

Feel free to just leave out the Zevia soda or exchange it for apple juice. At any rate, I have several BBQ sauce recipes on my blog as each has a different flavor.  As a matter of fact, I also have a jar of BBQ sauce in my fridge at all times.

BBQ sauce adds so much flavor to any dish it is used in. Black Cherry BBQ Sauce has the best flavors such as sweet, spicy, tangy, and smokey flavors with a slight hint of black cherry. Nutritional Facts are based on one tbsp.
