Melt Cocoa Butter in a double boiler.
When it is all melted add the unsweetened chocolate and melt.
Once, the unsweetened chocolate is all melted add the whipping cream, vanilla, maple syrup, coconut syrup, and salt.
1/3 cup whipping cream, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup coconut sugar, 1 pinch of salt Next, stir until thoroughly combined.
Once combined pour into a chocolate chip form or candy bar form.
Place into chocolate form or mold and freeze for three hours.
After three hours remove from the freezer and gently pop the chocolate out from the form or chocolate mold.
With the chocolate chips, you will need to gently press them up and out from the bottom of the chocolate form.
Place chocolate chips inside a container with a lid and store in the fridge.
Same for the chocolate bar.
If you are not using chocolate it can be stored in the freezer in plastic freezer bags.
