Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Gluten-Free Homemade Gummy Bears See the recipe on my blog
  • 1 cup homemade chocolate chips or store-bought see the recipe on my blog
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • First, place the chocolate and coconut oil into a bowl.
    1 cup homemade chocolate chips or store-bought, 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Second, place the bowl into the microwave for thirty-second intervals stirring after each interval. (approximately 1 - 2 min.)
  • Place a piece of parchment onto a cookie sheet.
  • Once melted place three or four gummy bears into the bowl.

  • Turn them over with a fork.
  • Once the gummy bears are coated place them onto the parchment paper.
  • Allow the chocolate to set before removing the gummy bears.
  • Place them into small plastic bags with a twist tie.
  • Perfect to give as Valentine's, inside Easter Baskets, or in Christmas Stockings.
