Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup dried onions
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Mexican oregano
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • First, place all ingredients into a glass jar with a screw-top lid.
    1/3 cup dried onions, 1/4 cup chili powder, 1 tbsp Mexican oregano, 2 tbsp garlic powder, 4 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1/3 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tbsp cumin, 2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Second, screw the lid on securely and shake until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Last but not least, store it in the pantry with the lid on. 
  • Use 2-4 tablespoons per pound of chicken, ground turkey, or ground hamburger for tacos.
