Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 8 (oz.) Chilean Sea Bass Fillets
  • 2 tsp powdered Jalapeno sea recipe on my blog

Instructions

  • First, heat a large saucepan on the stove over medium heat.
  • Second, season Sea Bass fillets on both sides with jalapeno powder and salt and pepper to taste.
    2 tsp powdered Jalapeno, 4 8 (oz.) Chilean Sea Bass Fillets
  • Add butter and allow the pan to get hot.
    2 tbsp butter
  • Once, the pan is really hot add fillets.
  • Cook approximately 4-6 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Lastly, remove the fillet when it has been cooked and seared on all sides. Serve
  • Serve
