Jalapeno Chilean Sea Bass is a mouthwatering delicacy white fish that is not only decadent but is firm and flaky as well. A slightly spicy Jalapeno flavor envelops this fish. It is rich and flavorful. Oftentimes it is expensive. Indeed, this fish is often found on the menu at fancy steakhouses. In fact, it is quick and easy to make. Nevertheless, it is fancy enough for date night, company, or any time. In other words, if you are looking for a romantic anniversary dinner this is the ticket. This meal will have everyone oohing and aahing with each and every morsel they devour.

Consequently, my husband got a bargain on some Seabass and surprised me with it. I racked my brain as to how to prepare it. Hence, I opened my spice cupboard and saw the Powdered Jalapeno. Needless to say, that was that.
I am not a spice fan. At any rate, I do like a small hint or flavor of spice. In fact, when I order curry (which is spicy) I always order it mild. Same with Mexican food. It is always mild for me. That being said, you can choose to make this as mild or as spicy as you like. Use Jalapeno Powder in this recipe. Find Chilean Sea Bass here.
