Remove from the oven and allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Check for the desired doneness of your steak.
Preheat oven to Broil.
Place an ovenproof probe thermometer into one of the seasoned steaks.
Cover broiling pan with tin-foil for easier clean-up.
Grease a broiling pan.
Place the seasoned filets on the broil pan and place them in the oven.
Broil 5 minutes on one side remover from oven and flip filet.
Return to oven and broil another 4 minutes.
Steaks will be from rare to medium-rare.
Cook longer for medium to well done.
Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
First, preheat the grill. Second, place Filets onto the grill.
Next, place the BBQ safe probe thermometer into one of the Filets.
Place the seasoned filets onto the preheated grill.
Next, flip filets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Lastly, double-check the BBQ Probe to make sure your steak is to your desired doneness.
Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with Bearnaise sauce if desired.
