First, cut up the chicken up into bite-sized pieces.

Second, place a deep frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
When the pan is hot add in the avocado oil, chicken, vegetables, minced garlic, taco seasoning, and salt stir until well combined.

Once, the chicken is cooked stir in the homemade taco sauce and remove from the heat.

While the chicken is cooking cut up the radishes and cut cucumbers into matchsticks
2 small cocktail cucumbers cut into matchsticks
Finally, take the bibb lettuce and remove the lettuce leaves and wash them off under cool water.
1 head butterhead lettuce
Blot the lettuce dry with paper towels.
Next, place 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooled cooked taco chicken meat and place on top of one lettuce leaf.
Add a little shredded cheese, slices of radishes, a couple of cucumber matchsticks, creamy Southwest Dressing, and top with a cilantro leaf.
