First, beat an egg into the cauliflower rice.
4 cups cauliflower rice, 2 beaten egg
Second, stir until combined.
Third, add the cauliflower rice to a warm pan over medium heat.
Finally, add liquid chicken broth, chicken bone broth powder, pink salt, curry, garam masala, powdered jalapeno, ground mustard, and turmeric.

Next, add the carrots and the peas.
2 tbsp flecks or small bits of carrots, 3 tbsp peas
Lastly, cook until the broth is evaporated and soaked up by the cauliflower.
Allow to cool and serve as rice for any curry or any Masala recipe.
