Masala Cauliflower Rice full of mild masala flavors will fool your tongue and stomach into believing you are eating rice. Not to mention, it is perfect with any curry dish whether chicken, beef, or seafood. Consequently, I have updated this recipe upgrading it to fried cauliflower rice. The new dish has flecks of carrots with a few peas. A tasty side dish for any time. Pairs perfectly with any protein. Furthermore, this recipe is so full of flavor you will be craving it.
Masala has mild curry flavors that develop rich and decadent flavors. Are you tired of flavorless Cauliflower? If you are looking for a new and tasty Cauliflower dish. Masala Cauliflower Rice tastes better than regular plain rice. Initially, I made a chicken curry dish and needed a side dish to go with it. Subsequently, I decided to add spices and broth to the cauliflower to elevate it to another level.
Incredibly, my family now prefers to have Masala Cauliflower rice to actual rice. Besides curry spice, this recipe also contains the popular spice found in India called garam masala. Garam Masala can be found at most grocery stores but can also be found online.
Fried Cauliflower Rice:
Incidentally, I used a vegetable peeler to cut flecks of carrots into the cauliflower rice. Just a few tsp of carrots and peas add color to the dish. The egg gives it the fried rice texture. In conclusion, it pairs perfectly with Keto Masala Salmon. The two together are a tasty combination. Pairs perfectly with Keto Curry Salmon.
Masala Cauliflower Rice Recipe Notes:
Additionally, I add liquid chicken broth as well as powdered chicken bone broth to amp up the flavor of the cauliflower. Needless to say, I am always having to read the labels and search for ingredients that I can eat. However, I have found a powdered chicken broth that I personally prefer called Lano Life Chicken broth powder. Not only do they have chicken broth powder but they also have beef broth as well. As always, I highly suggest you do your own research to find the product that fits your life and lifestyle best.
Last but not least, I wanted to add a little more heat to this recipe thus I added a little powdered Jalapeno spice. Nonetheless, free to omit this recipe in the event that it would be too spicy for you.
Above all the aromas of the garam masala and curry will have your family craving this side dish. Even my son who is not a fan of curry really likes the subtle flavors and mild spice in this side dish.

I love curry spices with cauliflower and this looks like a great side dish even if we don’t mind eating rice on occasion. Yum.
