Ingredients
4cupsfrozen riced or riced cauliflower
1/2cupchopped onions
3/4 tsptaco seasoning
1/2cupjuices from "Slow Cooked Fajitas"see blog for recipe
1cloveminced garlic
Instructions
Spray the frying pan with avocado or coconut oil.
Fry up cauliflower, onions, and bell pepper.
When the cauliflower is cooked through add taco seasoning, fajitas juices, salt, and minced garlic cook until liquid has been soaked up by the cauliflower.
Remove from heat and serve with chopped cilantro for decoration.
