Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic fresh mint stems and all
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  • First, place all ingredients together in a pan.
    1/4 cup organic fresh mint stems and all, 1/2 cup water, 1/8 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • Second, on medium heat bring to a slight boil while stirring. 
  • Third, reduce heat and stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
  • Allow to sit and cool for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Finally, sterilize a glass jar or bottle and lid.
  • Remove the mint and toss it out.
  • Next, pour the syrup into the bottle. Last up to one week in the fridge.
