Instructions
First, place all ingredients into a blender.
1 tbsp homemade peanut butter or store-bought organic, 2 tbsp peanut flour, 1 scoop Bone Broth Ancient Grains Chocolate Protein, 1 tbsp flaxseed or flax meal, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 whole frozen banana, 1/3 cup of water
Second, blend until smooth.
Next, pour into small cups and serve.
Decorate with mint, or seeds, or cocoa nibs.
