Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp homemade peanut butter or store-bought organic
  • 2 tbsp peanut flour
  • 1 scoop Bone Broth Ancient Grains Chocolate Protein Grain-Free Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Vegan
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed or flax meal
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup of water

Instructions

  • First, place all ingredients into a blender.
    1 tbsp homemade peanut butter or store-bought organic, 2 tbsp peanut flour, 1 scoop Bone Broth Ancient Grains Chocolate Protein, 1 tbsp flaxseed or flax meal, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 whole frozen banana, 1/3 cup of water
  • Second, blend until smooth.
  • Next, pour into small cups and serve.
  • Decorate with mint, or seeds, or cocoa nibs.
