Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding is a dairy-free, luscious, thick pudding. A pillowy, chocolatey. and creamy pudding that satisfies any sweet tooth. Is there anything better than Chocolate? Chocolate and peanut butter is the answer. Needless to say, it tastes like a Peanut Butter Cup. Believe it or not, peanut butter cups used to be my favorite candy. Now that I am gluten-free and refined sugar-free I have to figure out another way to get my peanut butter cups. This quick and easy pudding is, without doubt, a wonderful protein-filled snack for after school or anytime.
As a matter of fact, no one will guess this is dairy-free. The recipe makes two 4 oz. servings. In all honesty, this should be called Instant Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding as it is done in less than 5 minutes. So what are you waiting for?
So many people nowadays use almond flour to bake with. I have added peanut flour to my pantry. My daughter’s boyfriend is allergic to nuts but not peanuts. Hence, I don’t want him to feel excluded. I want to be able to make things he can eat as well. Not to mention, I love the flavor of peanut flour in recipes. The addition of peanut flour increases the protein content. Furthermore, the protein content is a whopping 19 grams per serving.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp peanut flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 tbsp flaxseed or flaxseed meal
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup water
Directions:
First, place all ingredients into a blender.

- 2 tbsp peanut flour
- 1 scoop Bone Broth Ancient Grains Chocolate Protein Grain-Free Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Vegan
- 1 tbsp flaxseed or flax meal
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 whole frozen banana
- 1/3 cup of water
Instructions
- First, place all ingredients into a blender.1 tbsp homemade peanut butter or store-bought organic, 2 tbsp peanut flour, 1 scoop Bone Broth Ancient Grains Chocolate Protein, 1 tbsp flaxseed or flax meal, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 whole frozen banana, 1/3 cup of water
- Second, blend until smooth.
- Next, pour into small cups and serve.
- Decorate with mint, or seeds, or cocoa nibs.
