First and foremost, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, maple sugar, and maple syrup in a pan over medium heat.
1/2 cup of organic peanut butter, 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 2 tbsp maple sugar, 3 tbsp maple syrup
Second, stir the ingredients together until syrup and sugar have been incorporated.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Finally, add in the vanilla and stir until combined.

Do not overcook or it will become thick.
If it gets too thick just add a teaspoon of water at a time until the correct consistency is achieved.
4 tbsp water
Pour into a sterile jar with a lid. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
Refrigerate for up to two weeks. Use over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or cake.
