Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple sugar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

  • First and foremost, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, maple sugar, and maple syrup in a pan over medium heat.
    1/2 cup of organic peanut butter, 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 2 tbsp maple sugar, 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Second, stir the ingredients together until syrup and sugar have been incorporated.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Finally, add in the vanilla and stir until combined.
    1 tsp vanilla
  • Do not overcook or it will become thick.
  • If it gets too thick just add a teaspoon of water at a time until the correct consistency is achieved.
    4 tbsp water
  • Pour into a sterile jar with a lid. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
  • Refrigerate for up to two weeks. Use over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or cake.
