Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp monk fruit powdered vanilla sweetener see recipe on my blog
  • 1 scoop Dr. Axe Vanilla Bone Broth or other Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup ice

With Alcohol

  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
    2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp monk fruit powdered vanilla sweetener, 1 scoop Dr. Axe Vanilla Bone Broth or other Protein Powder, 1 whole egg, 1 cup ice

Adult Version

  • Just add 1/2 oz of Triple Sec. 
    1/2 oz. Triple Sec
