First, preheat the oven to 350 F.
Second, oil a cookie sheet.
Next, pour peanuts onto the cookie sheets.
2 cups Raw Spanish Peanuts
Roast them for 20 - 25 minutes or until you can slightly smell the peanuts.
Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool slightly.
Leave the oven on.
Next, in a bowl, combine water, maple sugar, maple syrup, and stir together to combine.
1/3 cup of water, 1/4 cup maple sugar, 1/4 cup of maple syrup
Finally, pour over the peanuts.
Place the nuts back into the oven.
Cook for 5-minute intervals.
Open the oven and stir the nuts.
Cook for a total of 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little salt.
