Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Spanish Peanuts
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup maple sugar
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 large pinch of pink salt or hickory salt

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Second, oil a cookie sheet.
  • Next, pour peanuts onto the cookie sheets.
    2 cups Raw Spanish Peanuts
  • Roast them for 20 - 25 minutes or until you can slightly smell the peanuts.
  • Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool slightly.
  • Leave the oven on.
  • Next, in a bowl, combine water, maple sugar, maple syrup, and stir together to combine.
    1/3 cup of water, 1/4 cup maple sugar, 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • Finally, pour over the peanuts.
  • Place the nuts back into the oven.
  • Cook for 5-minute intervals.
  • Open the oven and stir the nuts.
  • Cook for a total of 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with a little salt.
    1 large pinch of pink salt or hickory salt
